Your Campaign Results

Squirrelbox Storage partnered with CMMG to send a total of 100,000 emails to students and parents of Denver and Colorado Universities (50,000 per send). Additionally, they added over 1,500 blog posts to their website to support business initiatives.

They also implemented 37,500 pretargeting impressions/ads to increase brand familiarity and 37,500 retargeting impressions to re-engage those who opened and interacted with the emails, ensuring continuous engagement with the “warm” audience.

Send 1

  • Pretargeting: 37,000 impressions were served over a 7-day period, resulting in 191 clicks, a 0.51% CTR.
  • The email saw a significant lift from our usual benchmarks, which we believe was due to the pretargeting. Standard benchmarks are around 1.5% CTR, 15% Open Rate, and we aim for a 10% CTOR. The results exceeded these metrics, as shown below.

  • This email was sent 7 days later. Despite our recommendation of a 10-14 day gap to increase efficacy, this email still performed extremely well in terms of the mentioned benchmarks.

Retargeting

  • 37,500 retargeting ads were served to those who opened or engaged with the first email, resulting in 197 total clicks, a 0.53% CTR. These valuable impressions keep your brand top of mind, leveraging a priming effect for when the audience is ready to make a decision.

 

AI Generated Blog Posts

  • 1,586 AI-generated blog posts were created to enhance organic reach by improving indexing and making Squirrelbox Storage’s website more relevant to search engines. The content focuses on proximity to three locations: University of Denver, Colorado Boulder, and Denver, CO. The target interest includes college students looking for storage due to a move and college graduates seeking off-campus storage. The primary target audience encompasses college students, college graduates, and parents of college students. All articles were successfully uploaded.

Exposed Mobile Retargeting

When running a DOOH campaign, we can capture mobile IDs from individuals near the ad who likely saw the digital display. We then retarget those individuals with in-app and web banners. This tactic leverages a behavioral science principle known as the priming effect, which significantly enhances brand awareness. As a result, when consumers are ready to make decisions, SquirrelBox will be top of mind.

Geofencing

Running mobile digital display ads on the web and in-app within a specific geofenced area, while targeting your desired audience, is an effective way to promote your brand locally. This approach enhances the effectiveness of other tactics, creating a synergistic impact.
