The first send garnered a 25.38% open rate and a 1.85% click-through rate, with a 7.3% click-to-open ratio. The second send followed with a 19.45% open rate and an improved 2.05% click-through rate, yielding a higher click-to-open ratio of 10.52%. These results highlight a receptive audience and suggest that the campaign’s visuals and messaging resonated effectively.

Engagement data further revealed that the Header Image in the second send performed exceptionally well, generating 223 clicks, while the Black Friday Graphic and Browse Online Menu consistently attracted attention across both sends. Retargeting efforts added another layer of success, with Drop 1 achieving 193 clicks at a 3.42% impressions-to-clicks ratio and Drop 2 securing 184 clicks with a 3.26% ratio.
