5 College Student Marketing Trends to Know in 2019.
Twin Cities-based college marketing agency College Marketing Group Inc. has been honored by Minnesota Business as one of the state’s “100 Best Companies to Work For.” The award recognizes the 14-year-old agency’s commitment to establishing a culture that fosters employee engagement and job satisfaction. The 14-year old agency currently employs 16 people and projects to grow another 25 percent over the next year. “Understanding that commute time was a huge concern among our people in the relocation, we began by asking where they did and did not want to be,” Bakker said. “What we heard was they preferred the south metro due to shorter commutes and access to great food options, parks, and the airport. It was more important to us that our team be able to get home quickly than brag about having digs in a trendy part of town.”
